Brief introduction of SHU LUN PAN

SHU LUN PAN public accounting firm (hereinafter referred to as ¡°SHU LUN PAN¡± and ¡°the Company¡±) was founded by the Chinese accounting arbiter Dr. Shu Lun Pan in Shanghai in 1927, which was one of the most influential and aged accounting firms in China, and was re-founded in 1986. In June, 2000, SHU LUN PAN Certified Public Accountants Co., Ltd. was set up by Zhu Jiandi, Li Deyuan, Zhou Qi, Dai Dingyi, Zheng Guoqiong, Wang Dexia, Qian Zhiang, Shi Guoliang, Meng Rongfang etc. with registered capital of CNY 5 million. After a development of close to ten years, SHU LUN PAN acquired a leading position in business scopes, service qualities and social images within the country.
